Delivery not made, notified that it was at a pick up location, drove for 30 mins to be told they didn’t have it.
Long conversation with customer service to agree re-delivery today... no delivery and random message stating that delivery is being made to an alternative address! With no further details....
Incredible, such a simple thing has been so difficult for UPS. Never again!
