I ordered a bundle of 3 items only received 1 and can not get hold of anyone to try and sort this out! so £429 out of pocket and one expensive carpet cleaner! i wish i had seen this page before i placed the order! sounds like it is going to be rubbish anyway! I haven't opened so might just return the 1 item and get a refund.
