I purchased a Vax late 2021. From the start the cordless hover did not pick up as well as expected. I got in touch with customer services (after a number of times trying to get through to them), then I was passed from pillow to post and felt like I was treated me with no respect, and felt like I wasn’t listened to when trying to explain everything that I had carried out, prior to contacting them. In the end I found out the problem was a split hose in the head of the hover! Which was very hard to see. They sent me a new head and I carried on using it and it still doesn’t pick up properly and now I am still struggling to remove the parts for easy access and cleaning. So I decided to complain again, and followed the process of carrying out all the checks and continue the communication back and forward, via email. Following all of this they want me to send it back, and if they don’t find a fault, I will have to pay for the service!! Then I received a letter in the post, regarding how to return it, stating that it was an easy process (I’ll let you the public decide that? see attached photo). Even though I have a disability I did have to try and do this myself and at no point was asked if this was ok to do this. No compassion or thoughtfulness at all!! Never ever again will I purchase from Vax. But I will keep the public informed Iv the outcome.
