Bought a new carpet cleaner, was told repair or new replacement within seven days.
Hours contacting customer care, only to be told my repair was pending( new pump required) emailed on Saturday stating new one on way, sent me a damaged second hand machine and won’t reply to my messages!
Completely the worst company to deal with. Photos of the machine they sent as a replacement
