I bought a cordless vax vacuum a bit less than a year ago. It still has power when on, but as soon as I turn it off, all the dust comes back down on the floor! I spoke to customer service, they looked at it and sent it back saying it is sucking fine, which is not the point really, as described above. I wrote to them again to explain, they are just ignoring me now.
Not worth the money at all, and poor customer service.
