Battery would not charge after approximately 18 months- contacted Vax and have been given the “run “around” treatment, asking for serial numbers, then saying that they were not recognised, sending photographs and then hitting a brick wall.
I am seriously contemplating going to the small claims court as the product is patently not fit for purpose.
