Purchased my vacuum cleaner ( blade3 ) 6 months ago . The roller brush has stopped working. I have done everything I am supposed to do to fix it but to no avail. I have left so many messages and sent emails leaving my details and still no one has got back to me . A £180 this vacuum cost me , and £40 to replace the roller brush .
