The battery on my Blade 3 hoover will not charge. I have used it 6 times. It stopped charging last week. Tried on the phone over 30 minutes waiting for a member of the team. Online chat the same waiting for member of the team. Email , sent Registration number and model number as requested and still no reply.
I wish I'd read all the bad reviews before, and not listened to the TV adverts.
I always used Vax corded. Will not use cordless again.
