I discovered that if you do not trade with them after depositing funds, you will be charged a fee on your withdrawal! Despite my request and a few back-and-forth emails, customer service did not take any action, despite my issue being real. If K E Z O O K had not intervened, I would have lost all of my money, including the account.
I would have been in terrible debt if it hadn't been for my rescue and the return of my entire investment.
