I found out that there is a cost associated with withdrawals if you do not trade with them after depositing money! In spite of my request and several back-and-forth emails, customer support did not resolve my issue, even though it was legitimate. My entire financial holding, including the account, would have been lost if (L-O(U) D-O U-I(N)/C-O-M) had not stepped in.
If not for my rescue and the full return of my investment, I would be deeply in debt.
