I had occasion to contact VAX customer services regarding a split hose on Vax Spotwash which was purchased in Feb. 2024. I was dealt with by Paul who demonstrated what excellent customer service is all about. He was polite and listened to my problem. He clearly understood and without any fuss explained what could and would be done to remedy the fault. He left me with a reference number 07741184 and ensured I was satisfied. Very well done, a credit to VAX.
