My first Vax lasted for years and recently the rollers stopped and smoke was issuing from the motor. As it was so old we purchased a replacement, however upon 3rd use today the new one suffered the same within 30 days of purchase. Contacted Vax directly but their team asked me to try and switch it on again to see if it still smoked, and this blew out the main fuse! We now need to contact the retailer for a refund as we will not purchase another Vax.
