i bought a Vax spotwash for £129 and it had a 2 year guarantee it lasted 2years 2months so I contacted customer service it was out of warranty and no they do not do repairs and not willing to help. However they will sell me a new one at a £10 discount, the model has a problem with the water pump.
I bought this after having had a Bissell green machine for over 10 years and it gave good service I need a new one which shall I buy?
