Brought a vax compact power carpet cleaner, have used it about ten times ,went to use it yesterday half way through using it horrendous noise and burning smell ,had this vax only 18 months, so past the warranty , have looked at other reviews as looks like it's a known fault with this make ,I wish I'd seen these before I brought the thing ,won't by a vax again or recommended them ,it will be going to the tip complete waste of money, will go and get a rug doctor instead.
