It’s the first upright I’ve ever had . I honestly don’t like it . I’m 5ft 9, and I find it pretty backbreaking . It claims to have a long reach ??. I beg to differ. The flat nozzle attachment barely goes under the sofa /fridge / washing machine , anywhere . I’m constantly putting my foot on the flat but to push it down because it goes up everyone I turn . I had to get my neighbour to empty . Soo disappointed , and I bought this on recommendation of a friend 😫😫. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made re vacuum cleaners . They
