If I could give a negative rating I would, item purchased in April lost by Evri in their warehouse. I was advised to wait until 30 May then able to apply for refund. When I did so, they said I then had to wait until 2 June before a refund could be applied for. So today 2 June I applied for a refund only to be told I have to wait Another 25 days!!! Agent just copy and pasting every previous message sent without reading that what he is now suggesting is now to wait 50 days!!!!
