I'm giving this review a 1 star purely because the ophthalmologist doing my eye test and the equipment was excellent.
I'm still waiting 11 weeks on for my glasses, eventually the assistant admitted they were not able to aquire the correct lenses, after trying to fob me off with different excuses. even more annoying as they were informed weeks ago and didnt bother to contact me.
Now no doubt I'll be fighting for a refund...terrible customer service.
