I just need to leave a comment about a new member of staff you have who is working on the phones. I wanted to check my appointments were still good for tomorrow at kings road as there had been a problem with one of the appointments being cancelled by you due to staff sickness. The person I spoke to was called Saffron. She was delightful and so accommodating. I thought it was going to be difficult but it was probably one of the least stressful calls of this nature I’ve ever made. I don’t know if you will see this but thank you Saffron.
