Went to return two sets of glasses on a Sunday, I work 6 days a week so the only time I can get there. 45 minutes away from my house said they couldn’t complete the refund as the manager wasn’t there. We live in 2022 and only one person can do the refund apparently. They hardly ever pick up the phone so it’s a guessing game as to when the manager is there, best part of 2 hours of my weekend wasted
