I visited Vision Express Oxford St on 24th Aprill. I asked, (I think he was the manager)
Mark Jamil, about a certain type of frame and his response was unbelievable rude, sarcastic and arrogant. I visited Vision Express at Swiss Cottage and I wld advice this manager to pay them a visit and see staff behaving politely.
So if you do visit this shop in Oxford St , approach other staff for a pleasant encounter and avoid Mr Jamil
