I bought a pair of Rayban glasses from you 6 months ago, the frame completely snapped when they fell off a kitchen surface on to the floor (so not far). Took them in to my local store in Exeter, they would not refund me! The glasses cost nearly £300, all they seemed interest in was booking me in for my next ey test!
