The choice to use ERVI as their returns courier is appalling.
Using scan codes even more of a nightmare.
Should you want to try glasses and it amounts to quit a bit of money don't take the risk!
Im having problems with ERVI and Vision express's back end for understanding how to track a parcel where ERVI hasnt provided a tracking number apart from a now expired scan code but two out of 4 parcels was sent successfully but the other two conveniently lost.
