The optician advised me to try contact lenses with a stronger prescription to help ease my headaches, so I ordered what they recommended.
They delivered lenses for my original prescription instead, which I returned via their Evri free returns link.
5 weeks later I am still chasing a refund and now they are ignoring my emails.
Avoid them, use another provider. They are incompetent.
