My husband went for his eye test today. We were greeted as we walked in store by Jon. He was very friendly and helpful. My husband had a very in-depth eye test by Palm. Very pleased with his test. Thank you. We were able to look and try many frames in our own time. Sam saw us for the eyewear and measurements, she was extremely helpful and very experienced. She showed us the lenses etc. Nothing too much trouble. She was very friendly and made our visit very comfortable and we felt valued as customers. Overall we had everything explained. Many thanks to the Hanley store staff. A very pleasing appointment. We will definitely be back.
