Staff at the Hampton branch at Peterborough excellent to be fair nothing was too much trouble.
My problem is my plain reading glasses are fantastic but I have issues with my bi focal pair. I have to hold anything I wish to read much closer to my face than with the previous pair. It’s like they are a different prescription. It’s annoying because I wanted to bi focal as my main everyday pair.
I have used vision express for many years but tempted to go elsewhere next time.
