Previously, my new lenses have been fitted in a couple of hours. This time, I was told i would have to do without my glasses for up to two weeks. Eventually, I was offered a three day turnaround on an informal basis. This is a significant reduction in service, as I do not have, and have never needed, a backup pair. If I can find another optician with a quicker turnaround, I shall be moving to them.
Rest of the service was of the usual high standard.
And if you're serious about feedback, rather than just getting strokes, your question at the top should have been "Tell us how Vision Express made you unhappy".
