I always feel like I get a personal service at vision express Burton on Trent. The staff know me by name and do their very best to get me value for money to fulfil my complex lens prescription. I’ve been going to vision express for 15 years. Any issues whatsoever are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’ve had glasses and contact lenses and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are willing to spend time to get the right fit for my needs. Cannot fault them.
