When I visited the store in Chichester, the team were very professional and well informed and after my eye test, helped me to chose a frame and varifocal lenses. The frame I chose was not one that I would have looked at had I been left to my own devices but thankfully the manager (Zac?) helped me make the right choice and my friends have all remarked that I look younger with my new frames. I'd wholeheartedly recommended the team in Chichester who looked after me without any sales pressure but helped me find the right solution for me. I was sceptical about varifocals at first but they're working out very well.
