Got new specs from specsavers a few weeks ago and screw fell out last week letting lense fell out. The wouldn't repair or replace screw for 6 days, went into vision express round corner asked for some help as I am a truck driver who needs his specs, within minutes spec's repaired without charge. Staff friendly helpful and polite.
