My husband received a 100% lambswool crewneck jumper from Woolovers for Christmas and after 4 wearings the jumper has rubbed and balled very badly. This is the third sweater he has had from Woolovers and each has been progressively worse in quality. It is very disappointing given the number of women’s merino and cashmere sweaters I have bought over the years which have lasted and worn well.
So what is going wrong with the current quality?
