Hermes alerted me collected 18/11.
Hermes alerted me out for delivery 19/11.
No sign of parcel.
Email sent to woolovers alerting them to this 23/11. No response.
2nd email sent to woolovers stating still no parcel 25/11. Still no response.
3rd email sent to woolovers asking for response and resolution 26th. STILL NO RESPONSE !!!!!
What the hell do I have to do to get some help ?
Currently I am >£100 out of pocket. Waiting for my parents Christmas presents which I cannot give them when I see them this week ( travelling to see them before Christmas because as an NHS worker am working 25/26/27th December ).
Very very poor service 🤬.
I like these products and have ordered from Woolovers many times over the years but this will be the last time !
