Ready to write a long letter to the New York State Attorney General about this company. Impossible to find a physical address to send a complaint letter or a telephone number to call in order to resolve complaint about fraudulent and deceptive business practices, much less a physical address to sue this company. I'm hoping this e-message will generate some type of response from corporate office before I write my complaint to the NYS Attorney General or sue.
