Customer service person appeared irritated , lots of loud background shouting voices. my enquiry was for returns address for an item, this person snapped at me that it will be on the package, but I could not see it anywhere, and was told I have to write a label myself, but there was no printed address on the returns section , it was blank. I tried to tell this to the customer service woolovers representative,‘but I appeared to cause more irritation for the customer service person, the call disconnected .
