My daughter worked there and the staff are treated badly. The CEO is a megalomaniac and if staff have any grievance , he tells them to leave.
They claim to be green and ethical , but this is nonsense. The majority of garments are made in China and shipped to UK. They then may be sent out to customers in places like Russia , Korea, or Japan. If they are returned , they are sent back to UK. This could be a total journey of around 25,000 miles.
Also, they send out over 1 million paper catalogues a year.
Hardly green , or ethical.
