Book had not arrived after 14 days. Contacted WOB. They stated book had been delivered by royal mail. I replied that it had not. WOB response from a "customer service hero" was sort it out yourself as WOB not interested!
NOT the best customer service hero response ever. Will not use or recommend this disgraceful shower.!
