I am thoroughly disappointed to have had an order go missing and to have received such poor customer service from Wob.
I have made several attempts to contact Wob and simply keep getting generic emails back to which I have replied as instructed then the contact stops.
I had had a number of successful orders before this but will not be using them again and will stop recommending them to various book groups I belong to as their customer service just isn't there, one very disappointed customer!!!
