The book I ordered was `delivered' yesterday. What actually came through the letter box was an empty package. The book had not been packaged properly and it was presumably lost between the WoB warehouse and my address.
What is especially frustrating is that I have been unable to contact or get any intelligent response from WoB: they are impossible to communicate with.
Won't be using them again!
