I had been buying books and cds from Wob for some time. The experience was good until last month. I ordered some books from them. Wob sent me emails confirming the books have been shipped with details and tracking numbers. It sounded great. However, some of the books are nowhere to be found in the packages delivered. I've tried to contact them twice via their contact form, but no response from them, not even an automatic confirmation sent to my email that they've received my messages. This is irresponsible.
