Very unhappy and disappointed. Sent good quality used books, was told that what I sent was unacceptable so they kept the books, paid me pennies on the dollar and stated they would properly dispose of the books they kept.
My suspicion is that they are going to sell the “unacceptable condition “ books rather than dispose of them and no one will be the wiser.
Essentially they stole the books in my opinion.
