Everytime I've bought from World of Books, the condition has always been better than I'd expected when I placed my order. My books have always been delivered within the estimated time frame. My only gripe is the lack of protection packaging, however, my books have never arrived damaged and I'm assuming the lack of protective packaging helps keep everyone's costs down. A great company.
