I ordered 3 books for my grandson 2 of which arrived very quickly. I waited for a week but the third book failed to make an appearance, it was at this point I contacted World of Books to let them know what had happened. The response from the customer service team was very prompt very polite and ultimately very helpful. The book was replaced immediately. I really value the way that the team handled my issue which was resolved so promptly. I have to recommend the company in the highest possible way.
