Every time I have ordered a book you have delivered if within a few days and it has been in a very good or more than okay condition. It has always been securely packaged. It is very rare that you have not had what I have been looking for even when sometimes I have tested you with a quite obscure request. Sometimes I have even looked in the high street and written down the names of books, one of these days I will be thrown out. So, I don't care if someone or several people have read a book before me. That's as complicated as it gets really! Keep up the good work and you will have a loyal customer.
