I've been using them for years now and they and amazon are my first ports of call. WOBs is cheaper and offers no minimum spend for free delivery and when I've had a problem they've happily replaced or refunded anything. occasionally they will email to say a book one has ordered is of too poor a quality and they refund and cancel the order. quality control is good and the books, usually, do not comes full of annotations, highlights, general dirt (I don't want to think what) and tears etc. cannot recommend them highly enough!
