Most of my purchases From your store have been reasonable to low price books and I have been always treated with great respect if a book has been faulty in some way and when I have had to complain , have always been treated fairly . I always check with your website if I want a particular book as having retired sometimes I cannot afford some books so if I can purchase a good clean copy from your goodselves
