I can generally find books I need with WoB but might not want to keep after reading them. WoB therefore saves me money by not having to buy new.
Unusually I have had two recent hiccups with WoB orders and eventually sorted the problems out with them after a bit of a delay.
One was a book that needed replacing and WoB made no charge.
