My original order failed to arrive after waiting a considerable time. Sometimes the post fails to deliver. World of Books were happy to post another copy which did arrive. I was very grateful for this as I was keen to have this particular book. All previous orders before this failed one arrived ok. What great customer service. Thank you World of Books.
