I've bought from World of Books loads of times and have been very impressed with the quality of the pre-owned books. But on the last occasion a book described as 'very good' condition had a fly leaf torn out and drawings on the end pages. When I told World of Books about this they replaced it straight away with no fuss. Result: one happy customer!
