Even in Germany I received the books very quick and I'm sattisfied with the condition; hardcovers are normaly in better condition than paperbacks, but this is quite normal for used books.
There's only one thing to mention (which is, as I know, technically complicated) : I would appreciate, if one get's an discount on postage etc. when ordering more books (from Germany, I often pay more for postage then for the books).
