The first book I ordered got lost in the mail. But after discussing it with World of Books staff they were very supportive and understanding. They gave me two options either a refund or another book. Since the book I ordered did not have copies, I had to wait for a copy to be available. As soon as a replacement copy was available The World of Books staff quickly shipped it for me. Within two weeks the book arrived. It was in great condition. Thank you The World of Books staff ! I highly recommend this store...!
