I recently received my first order and was very disappointed-the book I ordered was described as in Very Good Condition-it couldn’t have been further from the truth-the front and back cover were badly creased and generally rough around the edges and should have been described as Well Used Not in Good Condition.
It would be fairer to be truthful to the Customer instead of trying to get rid of shoddy books under false pretences.
